MANUFACTURING
AR Systems has the equipment and trained personnel to support manufacturing of military and
commercial thru-hole and surface mount circuit boards, and wired assemblies.
We also perform custom encapsulation, conformal coating and thermal conditioning. Our
production capacity supports small to medium size orders.
Manufacturing is controlled with a formal shop traveler system that delineates all operations to be
performed and includes all necessary documentation. All operations have detailed instructions
and training programs to ensure product quality.
Soldering is performed in accordance with J-STD-001 using a combination of wave soldering,
infrared reflow and hand soldering processes as required.

TEST STATIONS
AR Systems analog testing is typically performed using a custom designed test system consisting of IEEE-488 test equipment and a relay interface module controlled by a PC.
For digital testing, we use a Tektronix S-3270 Digital Test System.
We also provide testing using customer furnished test equipment.
